Kyle A. Hixson, who interned at Crossville’s WOWF-FM as a teenager, is one of three finalists to replace Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Holly Kirby when she retires next year. Hixson is currently a judge on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. He, along with Ross Dyer and Shea Wellford, was selected by the Governor’s Council for Judicial Appointments.
