Cumberland County High School has announced that four educators are retiring this year. They are:
Mr. Mike DiBiccaro, who is retiring from his second career. He served our country in the US Navy and then served our county by teaching many years and many students!
Mr. Roger Dixon, who is retiring after many years in education. He has been at many schools across the county as a teacher and a coach!
Mr. Jon Hall is retiring from education and moving into educating (aviation) educators. He spent his early years briefly teaching and coaching in Putnam County before moving to CCHS. He has served CCHS students as a teacher, a coach, an assistant principal, and the principal. For the past few years, he has taught Aviation classes and helped many CCHS students earn their private pilot license.
Dr. Misty Overman, who has spent an incredible career in education and administration. She is looking forward to her retirement and spending time with her family.
Cumberland County High School thanks each of them for their years of service to education and to our county. They will be missed and CCHS wishes them the best in their new worlds of retirement.
