Crossville, TN – On April 13, 2021, at approximately 6:15 p.m. Fairfield Glade Police and Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence at 257 Rugby Road to a report that someone was dying at the residence. Found dead at the scene was Andrea Judkins, age 18, of POW Camp Road, Crossville.
Cumberland County Sheriff’s Investigators and agents with AHIDTA (Appalachia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Middle Tennessee Task Force also responded to the scene to assist in the investigation. The cause of death is currently unknown and the body will be sent to the medical examiner’s office to determine the exact cause of death. The investigation continues and additional release will be made as information becomes available.
