A Cumberland County Jury has convicted 37-year-old Jericia Marie Hayes of 2nd degree murder and delivery of fentanyl in the September 2021 overdose death of 35-year-old Samuel Mashburn. The jury assessed $100,000 in fines and Hayes' bond was revoked until her sentencing date.
