The Tennessee Department Of Health has confirmed that at least 3 deaths are being blamed on this week’s winter storm. One person died in Maury County and two in Shelby County. News outlets report that one of the deaths is a 10-year-old boy who drowned while trying to save his 6-year-old sister who fell through the ice of frozen pond at a Shelby County home. Benjamin Luckett could not be revived. His sister, Abigail, has been placed on a ventilator. Officials have not released her condition.
