CROSSVILLE, TN – 
The City of Crossville Police Department would like to take a moment to thank the citizens of Crossville and Cumberland County, TN for their compassion, caring and support over the last year.
Monday, September 13, 2021 was “Back the Blue” Day in Cumberland County. Donna Flynn, Ivy Gardner Mayberry, & Tracy Christian began organizing this yearly event in 2015/2016. The community always comes together on this day to show their support to the first responders in our county. Monday evening, Kasi Brown, presented the City K9 officers with their goody food bowls. All of the Department was presented with bags full of useful items, used in the line of duty & Dave Kirk provided the Department with lunch & supper.
Service to such a community is always an honor for us, but with recent events and national challenges, it is extremely humbling to have our community, as a whole, standing with us in support of our common goals.
Thank you to everyone for their support, their kindness and their generosity.
