Due to the President’s Day holiday, the Cumberland County Commission will meet for their February session on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Agenda items include a resolution asking the Tennessee General Assembly to establish a private act that would allow the creation of the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority. If approved, the Authority would become the official body responsible for the provision of water and wastewater services in the region. The commission will meet at 6 p.m., February 22nd on the third floor of the Cumberland County Courthouse.
