The SUV linked to an escaped Alabama inmate and the former correctional officer suspected of helping him has been found in Middle Tennessee. An abandoned 2007 Ford Edge SUV was discovered in Williamson County in the Bethesda area a week ago, but it was not identified as the getaway car until Thursday night (5/5/2022). Authorities combed the area Friday morning (5/6/2022) for inmate Casey White, age 38, and former officer Vicky White, age 56, but they were not located. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office does not believe they are still in the area. Authorities were still investigating the getaway car Friday afternoon. Police are hoping that Casey White’s size will lead to his arrest because he a 6’9” tall, white male, 260 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. Vicky White is a white female, 5’5” tall, 145 pounds with brown eyes and last seen with blonde hair. It’s also been reported that Vicky White walks with a waddle. Both should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.
The U.S. Marshals Service has offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Casey White and a $5,000 reward for Vicky White.
In addition to the reward offered by the U.S. Marshal, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey announced on Friday, a $10,000 award for the capture and arrest of both Casey White and Vicky White.
