Cumberland County Students Win Top Honors At CTE National Competition in San Dieg

Cumberland County students took top honors at the College, Career & Technical Education (CTE) National Competition in San Diego.  The state of Tennessee had 3 teams and/or individuals who placed in the Top 3 in the United States and Martin Elementary had 2 of those.  Martin Elementary student Lexi Gordon won Gold and First Place in the nation.   Abby Grace Lowe, also from Martin Elementary, won Gold and Second Place in the nation.

Other winners from Martin Elementary:

Elmer Donis & Ebelin Vasquez – Silver & placed in the top 10 in the nation

Jillian Brown, Amanda Robinson, & Hannah Poore – Silver

Grayson O’Neal – Bronze

 

Cumberland County High School students Jordan Kerley & Kayla Hunter both won Silver.
