Cumberland County Reports Two More COVID-19 Deaths In Past Week; Death Toll 332 On Saturday, July 23, 2022

Two more people have died from COVID-19 in Cumberland County over the past week, bringing the county’s coronavirus death toll to 332 as of Saturday, July 23, 2022.  Positive cases in Cumberland County grew by 248 over the same period to 17,235 on Saturday, July 23, 2022, which reflects the number of  total positive cases since pandemic reporting began.

Across the state there were 20,091 new cases of COVID-19 in the just 7 days, for a statewide total since pandemic reporting began of 2188171 on Saturday, July 23, 2022.

Deaths rose by 94, bringing Tennessee’s coronavirus death toll to 26,947 on Saturday, July 23, 2022.

If you need to be tested for COVID-19 at the Cumberland County Health Department, please park in a designated parking spot, and call the number listed on the sign.  A nurse will be out to assist you as quickly as possible.

Please do not enter the Health Department if you have symptoms of COVID.  Testing is available Monday – Friday, 9am-11am at 1503 S Main Street in Crossville.
