On December 1, 2022, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for Perry Isaac Bowman, age 35, a resident of Baxter, TN, who was reported missing on December 1, 2022, by a family member.
Mr. Bowman is a white male. He is approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and approximately 175 pounds.
Mr. Bowman was last seen by his family on September 23, 2022. He has ties in Putnam, Jackson, and Cumberland Counties.
