White County Sheriff Steve Page, Chief Kenny Dobson along with Senator Paul Bailey, and State Representative Paul Sherrell, presented a Joint Senate Resolution to Major Richard Lynch commending him for his 15 years of service and dedication with the White County Sheriff’s Department. The Resolution states “Major Lynch has epitomized the spirit and commitment to family and community that are characteristic of a true Tennessean”.
