Police are looking for the motorcyclist who hit a runner on Saturday during the RC Cola-MoonPie Festival in Bell Buckle, Tennessee. Two motorcylists reportedly entered through a blocked off area and one of the bikers hit a runner in a race, severely injuring them. They think one of he motorcycles was black and the other was white. The rider on the white motorcycle is the one who hit the runner.
