The Tennessee Department of Education has released the statewide scores for the 2022-23 Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program (TCAP) exam, demonstrating increases in academic proficiency for students across all tested subjects and grades.
Statewide, 38.1% of students scored proficient on English Language Arts assessments, 34% scored proficient on math, 43.2% scored proficient on science and 43.2% of students scored proficient on social studies.
More information on the TCAP results can be found on to the Tennessee Department of Education website. TCAP 2022-2023 scores will be uploaded to the TCAP Family Portal in July.
