TN Do Not Text Law In Effect July 1, 2023

A new law to protect Tennessee residential consumers from unwanted text messages went into effect July 1.  Consumers who have registered their phone number on the Tennessee Do Not Call list will automatically be covered under the Do Not Text program. No additional action is required for individuals already participating in the Do Not Call program.  For more information or to register for the Do Not Call Text program go online to tn.gov or the Tennessee Public Utility Commission website.
