17 year old Cheyenne Elizabeth Emery will reign as the Fairest of the Fair for 2023. Ms. Emery is a student at Cumberland County High School and is the daughter of Gary and Jennifer Emery. Festivities at the fairgrounds will continue through Saturday, August 19th.
