The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office says that human remains found in a field off Highway 41 in Pelham, Tennessee last week (Tuesday, October 3, 2023) have been identified as those of a man reported missing more than 5 years ago. The remains were sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Nashville and the TBI opened an investigation. On Saturday, (October 7, 2023) authorities received confirmation that the remains belonged to Jeremy O’Bannon, from Ringgold, Georgia, who went missing from his car in Pelham on April 12th of 2018.
