Bill Banning Emotional Support Animals in Restaurants and Hotels Heads to Gov. Lee’s Desk

A bill banning emotional support animals in restaurants and hotels is headed for Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s desk after passing both the state House and Senate.

WVLT reports the bill still allows service animals in those businesses.

The bill must be signed by the Governor before it becomes law.
