Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission Approves Two New Wildlife Refuges, Including Catoosa Ridge

The Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission has approved the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency’s proposals for two new wildlife refuges including Catoosa Ridge Refuge, a 1,750 acre property adjacent to Catoosa Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in Cumberland County, and Holly Fork Creek, a 125-acre property in Henry County. The additions will increase opportunity for small game hunting at Catoosa Ridge and adds two new Youth Deer Hunts at Holly Fork Creek.
