Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has signed a bill into law that will allow teachers to carry concealed weapons on school property.
Teachers must first have the approval of school leaders and law enforcement and they will have to get a background check, psychological evaluation and 40 hours of gun training.
The law goes into effect immediately.
