Country music star Morgan Wallen waived his right to appear at a hearing Friday morning in the now infamous chair throwing incident. Wallen is charged with felony reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly threw a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar in April, narrowly missing Metro Police officers below on the sidewalk. Wallen is expected to show up for his hearing on August 15, 2024.
