Following a months-long investigation, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) with the Cookeville Police Department executed a residential search warrant on Thursday May 30, 2024, where Salomon Sebastian Juan-Gaspar, 29, of Cookeville, was arrested and charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a Class D Felony and Tampering with Governmental Records, a Class E Felony. He was booked into the Putnam County Jail with a bail set at $300,000.00.
