The 5-year-old girl at the center of an Endangered Child Alert out of the Claiborne County has been found safe. October Cooper’s non-custodial mother, 39-year-old Victoria Cooper has been taken into custody. Victoria Cooper was wanted by the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office for custodial interference.
