The state of Tennessee has dropped the charges against 33-year-old Arsenio Miller due to lack of evidence in the April hit-and-run death of a Tennessee State University football player. Chazan Page, age 20, was killed as he was walking across Gallatin Pike in Nashville. The driver fled the scene and never offered to render aid. If new evidence is discovered against Miller, the District Attorney can still prosecute at a later date. Miller reportedly remains in custody for a probation violation in Florida.
