The Tennessee Department of Human Services is encouraging EBT card holders to plan ahead for a temporary EBT outage this weekend. Tennessee Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cardholders will not be able to use their cards for food and cash purchases or for cash withdrawals between 11:00 PM CDT , Saturday, September 21 and 1:00 PM CDT on Sunday, September 22, 2024. Please plan to shop before the scheduled outage. Tennessee’s EBT toll-free Customer Service Helpline (888-997-9444) support will also be limited during this time.
