Both the north and southbound lanes of Highway 127 North in Crossville were shut down Sunday (9/22/2024) morning following a wreck near Shoney’s and the Circle K.
Crossville Fire & Rescue posted to Facebook that at approximately at 7:30am Sunday, law enforcement was pursuing a vehicle that came south on Hwy 127 and caused a collision at the Circle K. Five people were injured. Three medical helicopters all landed in an empty lot across from Circle K and three people were transported to regional trauma centers for further treatment.
