PRESS RELEASE – For Immediate Release
Wednesday October 30, 2024
The Crossville Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of Sergeant Keith Sadula and Detective Sergeant Tim Vandever, from the Southeastern Leadership Academy class 2024, on Friday October 25, 2024. The five-week SELA course provided them with Foundations of Leadership Skills, Building External Relationships, Employee/Internal Matters and Critical Issues.
Attending the SELA course aided Sgt. Sadula and Sgt. Vandever in the development of their leadership styles, to create more effective and progressive leaders. The future of the Crossville Police Department will be shaped by today’s new leaders. Out of 43 students, representing 21 agencies in Tennessee, Georgia and Mississippi, Sgt. Sadula was named the “Outstanding Leader of the Class”, with Sgt. Vandever finishing a close second. (Separated by just a single vote!)
The continued service to the citizens of Crossville is why we train. We congratulate both Sgt. Sadula and Sgt. Vandever on their exemplary representation of the City of Crossville. The graduation was held at the Chattanooga Convention Center.
Congratulations to both of you! Job well done! (Photo courtesy Crossville PD)
