After a long and tough recovery, Tennessee Highway Patrol Knoxville Captain Stacey Heatherly is once again on duty! She was seriously injured last April in a head-on collision on Highway 62 in Morgan County while she was responding to the tornado in Sunbright. The other driver was charged with DUI, reckless endangerment and violating the implied consent law. Heatherly says she is proud to be back on duty.
