Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Press Release:
On (Tuesday) March 4, 2025, at approximately 4:20 PM, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies, Fairfield Glade Police Officers, Investigators from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation responded to an officer-involved shooting near the 9000 block of Peavine Road.
The road is currently closed as investigators conduct their investigation. Traffic is being rerouted so we ask you to please avoid the area. There is no risk to the public.
