The Mr. Tennessee basketball award is heading to Baxter as Upperman’s superstar Sophomore Ty Cobb heard his name announced as the winner. Cobb will lead his Bee’s in this year’s TSSAA State Tournament. Upperman’s first round game will be Thursday against Hume-Fogg.
