Stone Memorial High School asks the public to join them in congratulating Coach Jess Raby as the newest Head Coach of SMHS Boys Basketball. Coach Raby is no stranger to SMHS or to the Panthers baseketball program. He has served as an assistant coach for 15 years at SMHS and has proven himself worthy of the opportunity to lead the team. Coach Raby will begin working to assemble his staff immediately.
Throughout his time at SMHS, Coach Raby has exhibited a true passion for developing players and preparing them for success in the classroom as well as on the court. Of all the strong candidates that applied and interviewed for the position, the school says Coach Raby’s meticulous planning, attention to detail, compassion for the student athletes, as well as his track record for player development set him apart and ultimately earned him the opportunity to serve as Stone’s newest head coach.
SMHS looks forward to the successes that Coach Raby will inevitably bring to the Boys Basketball team.
