Easter Sunday marked the 4th boating-related death in Tennessee when a 19-year-old man was fatally injured after leaving a boat in Decatur County. Austin Perry, of Bath Springs, was reportedly on a vessel with three others when the deadly incident occurred. It’s not clear how he was killed and the incident is still under investigation.
