On Tuesday (May 13, 2025), Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster officially signed the order merging the Crab Orchard Utility District (COUD) with the Cumberland Plateau Water Authority (CPWA). Mayor Foster said it is a monumental step toward securing a sustainable and reliable water future for our region.
In a Facebook post Crossville Mayor R.J.
