In an update Wednesday morning (5/21/2025), the Crossville/Cumberland County Emergency Management Agency said crews have been out assessing the damage from Tuesday’s storms. Currently, there are 5 homes and one Cumberland County Fire Department Station damaged in the Vandever Road/Dunbar Road area. Of the 5 homes, 3 have major damage and the other 2 have minor damage.
Most importantly, there have been no injuries reported from civilians or emergency personnel.
The National Weather Service has sent a crew to conduct their assessment. The Crossville/Cumberland County Emergency Management Agency said that information will be available once released by the Weather Service.
