The ARC (pronounced “ark”) of Cumberland County and Hilltoppers celebrated 50 years of serving those with special needs within our area Thursday night. Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster read a joint proclamation, honoring both agencies for providing opportunities for education, employment, and support to those with disabilities and their families here in Cumberland County and beyond.
