During the special recognition segment of the Cumberland County Commission on Monday, the Commission honored Assistant Finance Director Christian Kerley for achieving certification as a Certified County Finance Officer. He joins Cumberland County Finance Director Jennifer Turner as one of the few in the state to hold this title. Kerley has been with the county since 2014.
