White County Authorities Launch “Operation Safe Streets: Bockman Way”

In response to citizen complaints involving excessive speeding and distracted driving, the Sparta Police Department, in collaboration with the White County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Highway Patrol, is launching “Operation Safe Streets: Bockman Way.”  This joint traffic enforcement initiative will focus on improving roadway safety and driver compliance along Bockman Way, a heavily traveled corridor in the city of Sparta.  Throughout the coming weeks, the operation will involve increased patrols and targeted traffic stops aimed at deterring dangerous driving behaviors.
