The President of Monterey Tee Ball, Joshua Gallagher, has been indicted by the Putnam County Grand Jury and charged with Theft Between $2,500 and $10,000.  According to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Detectives discovered that Mr. Gallagher stole funds directly from the organization’s bank account.  Furthermore, it appears based on the investigation that a large amount of the cash raised from the sale of concessions and fees paid by the individual players were never deposited to the bank.  Gallagher reportedly admitted to using some of the missing money to pay for his mortgage and personal use.  Chief John Mackie and Monterey Police Department assisted in this case.
