Tennessee recorded it’s 17th boating related fatality over the weekend when a Nashville man fell off his sailboat and drowned Saturday in Percy Priest Lake. TWRA said 74-year-old David Holcroft, who was sailing with his wife, lost his balance when waves hit the boat. TWRA officers performed CPR but Mr. Holcroft did not respond. He was not wearing a life jacket.
