The TBI says two Livingston men have been charged after special agents received a tip in July from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Agents determined 20-year-old Payton York and 22-year-old Perrion Cruz created and distributed images and videos of a minor engaged in sexual acts.
On Wednesday (8/13/2025), the Overton County Grand Jury indicted York and Cruz charging them with six counts of Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and 13 counts of Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Both York and Cruz were booked into the Overton County Jail on a $1,000,000 bond each.
