The Ms. Senior Cumberland County Ladies and community partners are raising funds to provide food boxes for homeless and needy veterans and their families. This year’s goal is $20,000 to prepare 150 boxes of quality food by Veterans Day.
Collection events will be held at:

Food City Grocery Stores — Friday, August 29, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Tractor Supply (Kroger Plaza) — Thursday, September 4, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

Intersection of Peavine Rd. and Stonehenge Dr. (Plateau Corvette Club “Crusin’ into Summer” Car Show) — Saturday, September 13, 12-3 p.m.
