Missouri Woman Sentenced to Almost 5 Years in Prison in Graceland Foreclosure Scam

The Missouri woman who attempted a fraudulent foreclosure sale on Graceland was sentenced to 4 years and 9 months in prison on Tuesday, plus 3 years probation. Lisa Jeanine Findley pleaded guilty to mail fraud in February.  Findley falsely claimed that Elvis Presley’s daughter, the late Lisa Marie, had borrowed almost $4 million and put up the Memphis estate as collateral before she died in 2023.
