This October, in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Avalon Center will host a series of candlelight vigils across the Upper Cumberland region. These gatherings will honor the lives lost to domestic violence, support the families left behind, and renew our community’s commitment to ending power-based violence.
“Each candle lit at these vigils represents a life taken too soon, a family forever changed, and a community called to action,” said Lacie Norris, Director of Client Services.
