As Leon Woody begins his well-deserved retirement from the Fairfield Glade Police Department, Bob Henderson will be stepping into the role of Community Patrol Officer. In this position, he will be responsible for conducting business and house watch checks, leading community engagement activities, and assisting patrol officers in a variety of ways.
Officer Henderson was with the National Auto Theft Bureau for 34 years and has 10 years of law enforcement experience. Shortly after he and his wife, Cheryl, retired to Fairfield Glade from Minnesota in 2018, Bob joined the Fairfield Glade Police Department Auxiliary Program.
