The City of Harriman says Councilman Brian Frost and his firefighter son Bradley Frost have resigned from their positions after they were both indicted in connection to the shooting death of 18-year-old Holden Howse. The shooting occurred August 30th at a party at the Mr. Clean Detail Shop shop owned by Brian Frost.
A statement released by District Attorney Russell Johnson says Brian Frost was indicted for multiple counts of tampering with evidence, coercion of a witness, as well as a single count of official misconduct, for a total of 13 counts.
Bradley Frost was indicted with 14 counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of possession of a firearm while under the influence.
Tony Williams was indicted with one count of accessory-after-the fact for his alleged involvement in driving the ‘getaway’ vehicle with the alleged shooter Riley Pawlick.
The Court set their bonds at $10,000 for Brian Frost, $5,000 for Bradley Frost and $2,000 for Tony Williams.
Riley Pawlick, who was charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault and tampering with evidence, remains in custody at a juvenile detention facility pending a hearing to transfer him to adult court.
