This survey invites residents and business owners to confidentially submit details about their property, including granting permission for law enforcement entry in emergencies, permission to remove trespassers and provide emergency contact information. By collecting this information, Cumberland County 911 aims to better tailor dispatch response, pre-plan for vulnerable households, and expedite assistance when every second counts.
