Cheatham Lake Drowning is Tennessee’s 25th Boating-Related Fatality

Tennessee recorded its 25^th boating-related fatality on October 30^th.  Twenty-one-year-old Robert Jarillo drowned after his kayak capsized on Cheatham Lake. TWRA says Jarillo was not wearing a life jacket.
