The Tennessee Highway Safety Office has announced that over $200,000 in National Highway Traffic Safety Grants have been award in Cumberland County for the 2025–2026 federal fiscal year.
The Crossville Police Department will receive $40,000 and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department will get almost $71,000 for Impaired Driving Enforcement.
The Cumberland County Fire Department has been awarded $12,500 for extrication equipment.
The Fairfield Glade Police Department will receive $87, 400 for Older Driver Safety and Traffic Services.
