One person is dead and two critically injured after a Vanderbilt Lifelight Helicopter crashed Saturday afternoon in Wilson County. Three crew members were on board when the helicopter went down. No patients were on board. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office said the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has take over the investigation.
