Parking Violation Leads to Drug Bust at Evelyn Avenue Residence

A parking violation led to a drug bust at an Evelyn Avenue residence.  Crossville Police say the vehicle, which had expired tags, was parked halfway in the road.  The driver, 39-year-old Terry Shane Murphy, was charged with Simple Possession of a Schedule III narcotic.  Following a search of the residence, 51-year-old Linda Kay Garren was charged with Felony Possession of Meth and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
